Faulty items: if your item is faulty please contact us as soon as possible. We will ask you to return the item by post and refund postage on receipt. NO RESTOCKING FEE, RETURN POSTAGE REFUNDED

Change of mind: we will accept change of mind returns with proof you've posted it within 14 days of purchase, only for exchange or store credit. We know this is restrictive but we're tiny and we print on demand. It's very difficult to resell change of mind returns.
